Organising and running a dungeon advice

Hi Hi

Im currently using a home brew game system (which has nothing to do with my question) and even built a few maps for some small dungeons or adventurous.

In my case here i have the dungeon called the broken valley. It's got 3 rooms. An entrance chamber with a trap, a room with a hint towards the end boss's weakness, a combat encounter followed by the big boss fight (woo i know right?)

SO! My problem here is finding the best way to use realm works. My options so far have been::

1: making a separate "room" topic for each room in the dungeon and putting the Broken valley topic as a Container. i use this at the moment, but i see it being a problem when I have multiple dungeons and IL have multiple "entrance chamber" topics. Feels a bit messy

2: have all the dungeons in the one main topic. With separate topics for the trap in the encounter room and the two combat encounters? This I worry that through the game there will be too much information to show comforably on the player view.

Was wondering about the different ways being used by the good people in the community?

So, I'd use option 1. You can use Identifiers to keep the items distinct. So, you could use say 'BV' as an identifier for this dungeon or you could use an abbreviation for the adventure name. Then under Almanac Options you could use 'Show Identifiers as Prefix when Available' if you want.

Also, you can can use the Almanac Options: 'Show Containing Topic Hierarchy' if you don't already have that turned on to have then sorted by containers.
