Oracle's Curse

I only recently started digging into Hero Lab and the editor, and I've got a newbie question related to a new PF campaign I'm starting. I'd like to create a feat that's similar to the Oracle's "Clouded Vision" curse. However, I'm not having any luck tracking down the original script for the curse, so I can copy and alter it accordingly. Where the heck should I be looking?

Thanks for any help you can give...
