I'm also having trouble getting the figures in my WIZKIDS databases
to sort alphabetically/then by rank. The closest I can get is
alphabetically alone with the rank in alphabetical order too. If
anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Which game (Wiz Kids make quite a few, if I recall correctly)?

This will be an issue with the datafiles sorting the rank into alphabetical
order, rather than a more 'useful' order (such as most powerful -> less
powerful -> weakest). Email the datafile author about it, they'll be able
to help you.

The various HeroClix and MechWarrior files are currently setup to sort the
rank alphabetically. You should be able to sort the figures alphabetically
by name, with all the figures of the same name then sorted alphabetically
by rank. If you want the rank to sort differently, you can specify it
however you want with a quick adjustment to the definition file. If this is
important to you, please let me know and I'll outline how to make the change.
