Old player version will not load

One of my players bought a player licence for RW when they came out. They stopped using it quite a while ago as we have been waiting for the content market to come online. She has tried multiple time today to update it but it crashes on startup. Bug report was sent. She has version 1.0.1038.198. Should we just uninstall and reinstall?
 
THere was a major update required somewhere in the mid 200s. So uninstall and reinstall seems to be the best option.

You might need to manually delete the realm database from the player's machine too (the uninstall might not remove the database).
