Per FAQ errata. Bruiser BSB can have big names, which the current version of army builder doesn't allow.

Page 69 – Heroes, *Army Battle Standard Ignore the second and third sentences in the first paragraph. Change the second paragraph to “ The Battle Standard Bearer can have any magic banner (no points limit). A model who carries a magic banner cannot have any other magic items.
