Occultist Focus Powers and Resonant Powers

Whereabouts in HL can I set these up?

Example, my Abjuration Implement has an Aegis Focus Power that gives me AC. Where under abilities can I set it? Or do I just have to make generic entries?

I don't think there's a specific adjustment for Focus Powers. For Aegis I find the easiest thing is to just go to the armor itself and use the Edit button to increase it's AC while the power is in effect.

For the resonant powers you can go to the In Play tab and invest mental focus in the implements there. Hero Lab should then automatically make the adjustments. For example if you assign two points into your Abjuration Implement you should gain a +1 resistance bonus to saves, if you don't already have a resistance bonus from somewhere else.
