NPC creation 0/0 HP

Boulderdash

New member
Greetings,

I have made a new monster NPC but its HP stays at 0/0 even if I enter a number in the HP field at the Classes Tab.

The text in the Class form says:
"1-8 Dragon, Black, Young (8d12)". If I fill in a number in the HP field behind the text nothing happens. The HP in the "CR Estimate" stays at 0 and the "In Play" Hit Points are 0/0.

There are however 2 ways I can get the HP up:
1. Add hit dice but then the level and other bonuses go up as well.
2. Add a hit points item as a permanent adjustment.

I have a strong feeling that I am missing something. But what?

Thanks in advance,
Boulderdash

So just wanted to say I tried a few different thoughts on how to duplicate this issue and I can't. When ever I add this dragon it has HP which I can adjust by just typing in a value on the Classes tab.

Do you have any .user files or addons running?

Thank you for the answer. I had quite a lot of "user content" checked in the selection list. When I reverted back to the game's default setting I no longer had a problem with the NPC / Monster creation.

I did some testing whether or not I could find the specific user content but had no luck in detecting it.

Thx,
Boulderdash

Well it kept nagging me which "user content" was causing the problem, so I did some further testing. It turned out it wasn't caused by user content. Resetting the list did uncheck some other items. The problem is caused by:

- Pathfinder Unchained
-- Chapter 2: Skills and Options
--- Grouped Skills

If you uncheck this item the HP is presented correctly when creating a NPC.
