Noxious Bite

Is the feat Noxious Bite broken? I'm playing a half black dragon with a 6d6 acid breath once a day, but i do not qualify for the feat.
 
The feat has
Code: 
hero.childfound[raDrBreath].tagis[BloodEner.Acid] <> 0
for looking for the dragon breath weapon. Which is basically right but the half dragon is using the xHlDBreath Thing for its breath weapon special.

So that is why it is still saying you don't qualify.

So sort of looks like a bug but you can still take the feat and it will print to your character sheet and stuff.
