I just uploaded the November update to the 4e files. Changes are as follows:
* Updated the downloader to support the November compendium update, including Primal Power.
* Improved the downloader to put more information in power descriptions, and to break out some "Targets" entries that were not being broken out correctly.
* Added an option to show up to 10 lines of description text in printed output for feats & features, instead of the current 3 lines.
* Added entries for "Custom Feat", "Custom Ritual" and "Custom Language". You can add these and set whichever name you like for them, allowing you to easily represent custom entries without using the editor.
* Added adjustments to add bonus feats and bonus rituals.
* Fixed a bug where incorrect sell prices would be displayed for arrows (and other stuff like arrows).

If you already ran the downloader for v1.19 (i.e. on Monday night) you don't need to run it again.
