Nothing to chose from

Its my first time using this program so please bear with me.

When i go in to chose my Class/Race and so on i only get up a popup showin "Nothing to chose from" I tried following file:///C:/ProgramData/Hero%20Lab/Data/4e/docs/manual.htm instructions but the program does not respond accordingly, i have tried reinstalling multiple times but it does not appear to be working.

Found the right file and downloaded plus restarted the program but still get the same problem

Try the downloader for the new 3.9 update - it should hopefully fix this issue.
