not getting duplicate choices notification

per the BRB pg 135 armies are limited to 3 special choices of the same unit type and 2 rare choices of the same unit type.
Tried getting this error with a few armies and am not getting notification if i bring more than 3/2 of the same units.

Can you give me an example of what you do for error. Just tried a few random armies, and everything is behaving as it should for me.

Skaven list of under 3k points values are behaving like 3k+ armies with regards to special units.
Rares are working fine at <3k and >3k.
Specials are only generating error if more than 6 of the same units are taken at all points values

Edit: just tried it with OKs and they are behaving the same. Specials are only generating error if more than 6 units of the same type are taken

This is very strange, because they are working fine for me! I've not done anything that would affect this. Can someone else see if this is happening to them?

let me redownload latest data file and verify my errors are still happening.

Edit: reinstalled latest data file and still have error with specials

Strangely my validations have stopped working too.
NM, the rare/special validation is working for me.

No change.
Tested it at 2500 and 3000 point values
Skaven army, 8th edition, Forbid Special Characters, Forbid Regiments of renown are all enabled in Choose Rules
Toggling Regiments and Spec Characters off/on makes no change.

Argghhh! You are correct. The Special duplicate rule was set at 2000, and I had been testing at 2000 and 3000, so it worked for me! I've just re-uploaded with correct ratio, so download again

Edit: Tested and seems to be working properly now. Thank god as i was getting this on both my comps.
Just a thought, but since this was a significant bug you might want to issue a new version number so the auto-updater recognizes a newer update since the one posted this morn.
