Not enough info in hero_lab_load_issues.log

I've installed Hero Lab on a second Windows computer using my secondary license. When I first loaded a character created on primary computer into HL running on secondary computer, I got an error message that listed three missing data sources and then the line "One or more required sources are not accessible for hero 'Karzakh'. Subsequent errors may be the result of this problem."

I tried to correct this by loading the Community Bestiary onto secondary computer (which I realized had been loaded onto the primary computer). This cleared up the three specific missing data sources in the error message. However, I'm still getting the last line of the message. To clarify, in hero_lab_load_issues.log the only information is:

One or more required sources are not accessible for hero 'Karzakh'. Subsequent errors may be the result of this problem.

I get the same message as a pop-up in the UI when I load the character.

Is there any way to troubleshoot and figure out what sources are still missing?

The easiest way is to ensure you have all the correct custom content on the secondary computer.

On the primary computer locate your HL game data folder find and copy all the user files and XXX.1st files onto a memory stick and paste them into your secondary computers game data folder. This should eliminate the missing sources.

However don't forget to set up the powered by HL update mechanism to ensure you have the latest user files required for both systems.

Also make sure that you have activated your license for any additional data packages you may own to.
