I just purchased and registered the program and when I download a
different system (bfgv3.8) it tells me that the file is not a valid
army builder import file. Is there something/somewhere else I go to
get different game system files?

Bob

Have you upgraded to 2.2c yet? That's probably the problem, as Datafiles
compiled under 2.2c aren't backward compatible to 2.0, which is the version
on CD.

I bought the 2.2 version but I downloaded and ran the 2.2c upgrade
anyway. When I import the file and go to open the bfg3.8 file, it
just gives me that " not a valid army builder file" message. Do I do
something different to add the game system?

For a while, the web site on which the BFG data files were located was
having some problems; it seems to be back in operation now, though. Try
downloading the file again.

Hope this helps,
