How can I create a new tab with its own category of items between the "Other" and "Personal" tabs? Is it something even doable (I think so, since the EitR pack adds one).

Thank you in advance for your help and time.
 
Create a Configurable to create a new tab. I don't think you get to choose where it is added in the order of tabs, though.
