Noob question for creating a race

I need to enter the ghoul race for a game session. I have not bought the monster data sets yet, Im waiting for the 3rd one to get them as a bundle. Cash Strapped atm. Could someone please give me some advice on how to do this. As it says I have no editing experience.

Once you've opened the editor, select the help menu at the top, and choose the first option there - "Help on Using the Editor". You'll find race-building tutorials there.
