I recently made a wonderous item of a vest. According to the rules you can wear a vest item and magic armor. At least that is my understanding. Can soeone correct me on this or can we get this fixed?

You're right, you should be allowed to wear a 'vest, vestment, or shirt
on the torso' as well as magic armor. I'll see if I can get this fixed.
