No Option for Manual Activation?

Hello,

I just purchased a new add-on for my Pathfinder game and I am trying to re-activate my license. I have done this before with success. When I try to re-activate from inside Hero Lab I click "Retrieve" and it eventually comes back with an error about connecting to the server. I am on a work computer and would not be surprised if some ports are blocked. I want to manually activate the license but I don't have any option under "Tools" to manually activate. Why am I missing this option and is there a way to get it back?

I will try to re-activate again later tonight when I am on a different network and see if it works. However, I am still concerned that I don't have the manual activate option.

You can manually activate your license by unlinking it (remember to make a note of your license number first), then activating it again. However, I'd recommend contacting tech support at support@wolflair.com, to see if we can figure out what's causing your internet access to fail, so we can (hopefully) figure out a way to work around it.

I was able to resolve the issue from my home network so it's gotta be something about the work network. Thanks Colen!
