No license key

Hi.

I bought an Army Builder license about 1 week ago. When I didn't receive the key over the next few days, I read about the problems with web.de addresses in these forums. Therefore I sent an email to helpdesk at wolflair.com providing an alternative email address (@yahoo.de). Yet, I still haven't received any response whatsoever.
My order number is 33054.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this.

I am sorry that you have not received your license numbers. I checked
the support queue and do not have records of ever receiving an email
message from you. I will gladly take care of sending your license
numbers to you right now. I will send them to the email address that
you used to place your order.

So the Email adress wasn't the problem after all
Anyways, I have got the license key now.
