No license key received

Hello!

I purchased a Army Builder license key about 32 hours ago. Until now I did not receive any email and no key. My order number is 27205.

Could you please check your licensing server?

Please ignore this message. Just added it with the "Notify me when a reply is posted" to get an email-notification for answers.

Thank you for your order and your email. Possibly your license
material was sent to your junk folder, so you might want to check
there. In the mean time, here are the numbers that you need to get up
and running:

license - ABK0H7DWNMM6CDA
password - TheOracle1@web.de

Just download the demo onto your machine from our website. Then run
the demo and go to the LIcense Menu. Select Activate License and
enter the numbers above. This should get you out of demo mode. I will
also send the license material email to you again for your records.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist you
further, and thank you again for your order.

Hello!

Thank you for your fast quick reply. The registration worked fine. But I checked both, my local junk-mail folder and the one on the mailserver and there is no email. Apparently there is a different problem.

The problem is that your email provider is refusing to accept any emails from our server. I'm not certain if your provider is related in some way to the other active thread in this section, but it's a distinct likelihood.

We've been having problems with web.de for at least a month now. All attempts to resolve the matter with them have been ignored. So we simply cannot get any emails through to accounts with web.de.

I strongly recommend that you change your license over to the use of an alternate email address. That way, there won't be any problems getting license details to you in the future (such as if you need your license numbers emailed to you in the future). You can make this change easily. Just click on the appropriately named option under the Help menu within the product.
