No Flaws available on (Saving Throws) Protection

The description of the power states that it allows adding "Protection feats, extras, and flaws" to saving throws. One can add feats, extras, and drawbacks, but no flaws.

I think we've discussed this before, and I came away with the idea that allowing people to put flaws on saving throws was probably bad. What sort of things would you want to do? If you're thinking of something like adding "Limited (not while underwater)" to some ranks of a saving throw, wouldn't that be better modelled as a weakness or vulnerability drawback?

:) In my case, it was Impervious Toughness with Ablative, a melted golem whose skin started out as reflective metal that shielded him against attacks, but got more dented as he took hits, thereby reducing his ability to automatically resist. *wry grin* Which is, I guess more of a flaw on an extra.

*shrug* As much as anything, the description specifically states "Protection feats, extras, and flaws" but allows Protection feats, extras, and drawbacks.

I can take Flaws out of the description. Adding flaws to saving throws is really somewhere I do not want to go. ;)
