Hi,

I recently purchased AB v3 ( having bought v2 eons ago), and have tried to obtain my secondary licence.

I used the web based application and I have not received my email with the 2nd Key.

I have emailed support yesterday and have not heard back from them

I am looking to buy another Key - however the lack of communication worries me.

Can you please assist wolflair

No email is sent with the new license number. The new license number is shown to you on the website and you don't need to be sent a keyfile with AB3 (unlike AB2). Simply use that license number within the license activation wizard on the second computer. The wizard automatically retrieves the keyfile and you're good to go.
