Ninja Trick Issues

I have verified that Ultimate Combat is included in the configure hero window however when trying to get a normal rogue or a bard (archaeologist archetype) who both should have access to that rogue trick to select ninja ones it does not show under valid or everything view.

Is this a bug or is there some super secret to getting this rather simple and legal choice to work with hero lab as it should RAW?
 
I'm showing normal Rogues to have access to Ninja Tricks just fine when UC is enabled. The Bard (archeologist) not having access to them was a bug, which should be fixed for you next time we release the Pathfinder files. Thanks for the report!
