Is there a reason why Raven Guard sparks an error? "Ruleset '(NCM) Raven Guard' is invalid for current settings."

All current lists based off the combined Space Marine list files that existed prior to v1.21 are currently in various stages of brokenness due to an internal reconstruction in progress.
Please go to the AB40K maintainers' site (www.ab40k.org) and download v1.20 to use any non-Grey Knight space marine list. You will need to install the files to a separate directory as described in this thread.
 
If you're already using 1.20, that error will occur if you have ticked the Imperial Armour option - Imperial Armour is used for adding individual IA units to lists, and the NCM lists are self contained and cannot add any additional units not already in their lists.
