I run a hybrid Pathfinder/D & D 3.5 system. Is there a way to print out chraracter sheets fora system like this with Herolabs?

You'll have to give us more information about how you're merging the two systems. Are you using mostly one game, with elements of the other brought in? In that case, you could probably start with the game system you're mostly using and use the editor to re-create the elements of the other game system that you want. Then, you can create characters with that hybrid set of data, and save/print/use them. The more mixed they are, the more work it will be to incorporate all the elements you need.

Indeed - D&D3.5 is almost a subset of Pathfinder, so I wouldn't think you'd have any problems. If you're using different character classes, for example, with the new Pathfinder rules, you'd just have to create those classes in the editor to be able to use them.
