Always thought of Edge and IE as the Chrome downloader. So you could try Chrome.

Chrome is like mounting a camera over your shoulder and installing a root kit.

Makes MS's telemetry look like 10 mile away visual tracking. We have done the reporting on it, not even in the same league and MS gets crap for it, Google walks away like the hero. Go figure.

Edge has now become my favored browser, I use IE11 internally at work, due to our ancient intranet web. So sometimes because its open I use it. At home I have it in case I navigate to an old site.

I use Edge now 95%+ of the time. Chrome isn't even allowed to be spoken within earshot of my personally computers, just like real men don't even say qui....
 
Glad you got it to work! Survey Monkey site was down for a bit, that may have been the issue.

That would explain my issue. And most likely the case, as the saying goes:

Sometimes manure hits the oscillatory rotator.
