Just got this today, so far, awesome ability to create low to high level accurate NPCs and PCs very quickly.

I am stuck trying to make a magical Wakizashi for a Ninja class. I can't figure out how to make it proficient for the ninja. The standard one and the magical one look almost exactly the same, gone through all of the fields and the only difference is concerning the magical properties.

Any help would be great. I have also seen mention of video tutorials, where could I go find those?

Make a copy of an existing magical weapon that is proficient for the ninja and make your changes in the editor. be sure to rename it and give it a unique tag name.

When I woke up this morning, ran through the fields again, and selected special groupings, works now.

I appreciate the feedback.

On another note I grew up in Plano.

Ran into another two issues.

1) When I equip the Stag Lords Helm, it doesn't add 2 to perception, can figure that one out.
2) How do I add the strength bonus into a composite longbow?

Found the video tutorials on youtube, very useful.

for the stag lord, check to make sure the char isnt receiving the same modifer from another source.

for the bow, when you go to buy it, there is a control below box on the right that indicated STR bonus. just click on it to make it the amount you want. the price of the bow will increase accordingly.
