new detachment / allied detachment

ok im having truble i have most of my models accounted for the only problem in having is i am restricted from putting more than one HQ selection for example i have my chapermaster but cant put a chaplin or librarion . I have tried to put in in more than one detachment dose not seem to help can any one seggest a solution
 
Please note that this isn't the main forum for the 40k files. Follow the link in the "Please report errors in the Warhammer 40,000 files using the link here" to get to the site the data file maintainers use to coordinate their work on the 40k files. The data file authors don't check this forum often.
