New Computer, cant get some of the add-on packages

I recently upgraded my Hero Labs to a new computer. I have the CD ROM version and while the basic Pathfinder package works, Im unable to retrieve some of the additions to that game I purchased such as the Adventurers Armory or Advanced Players Guide. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
