New Bug: Can't collapse/expand in the "Select content" window

When you click on anything that lets you select other content as the target (relationship, containing topic, that sort of thing) there is no longer a way to collapse your categories. You have to see every topic in your realm!

That's some serious lost functionality.

I actually managed to collapse the list with <CTRL -> once...but then I couldn't expand anything it again except by completely closing out the selection process. So right now you see all of your content or none of it.

Am I the only one seeing this?
 
I can't reproduce this, I still got the little up and down arrows to expand or collapse things in the selection popup for relationships etc.
 
Okay, I experimented a bit.

It happens when Group Similar Kinds of Topics is selected, and Show Containing Topic Heirarchy is not selected.

Which happens to be the way that I do it.
