New AB Files for 40k

Hi Colin and others. I have discovered another major problem with the
new file. I went started putting together an Eldar army and discovered
SM wargear listed in Farseer wargear list. So I went and check several
other armies and it was there to.

Are you using version 1.4c of Army Builder? It sounds like it. If so,
upgrade to v1.4d immediately and your problems should be solved.
