Negative Qualities and too much Karma

I sent this in via the bug reporting mechanism, but I thought I should post it here as well:

I was building a Shadowrun Missions character in Hero Lab's SR5 data set, and I chose the following negative qualities: Allergy (common, mild), Distinctive Style, and Uncouth (giving 10, 5, and 14 Karma respectively). According to the rules (and Bull), while you can't get more than 25 Karma from negative qualities, you can take more than 25 points of negative qualities (for flavor/roleplaying purposes, but you still can only get 25 actual karma points). I saw the warning about going over the limit, and on checking the karma total it seemed to be adding in those four extra points (giving me 54 karma instead of 50 to spend).
