So I just got Army Buildier and I DL'ed EVERY file that was Warhammer 40k even the french stuff ... and yet I can not see to find the Special Chars for like the Orks Thraka and such. Anyone know how I can find them?
 
Please note that there is a 40K specific forum, and this question is asked there every month or so. Also within Armybuilder, if you go to the help menu, and select the FAQ, you'll find the answer there, too.

When selecting the type of army you're going to create, you'll see a clipboard icon. Click it, go to the roster options, and select special characters.
