HL was working fine until the last update. now it cant reach the update server / licensing server.

I have followed the basics as much as I can, but certain network settings are managed and I cant change them.


ERR_CORE_INTERNET_URL_RETRIEVE when calling Internet_HTTP_post 0x40010275
