Need help with Ring Bearer Device Power!

I'm trying to input the stats for the Ring Bearer from the Instant Superheroes (page 53) book and for some reason I can't get the device setup to come out right. Anyone able to give me some insight on what I might might be doing wrong or not seeing.

Comes out fine for me, at 84/85 points. Comprehend should be 3 ranks,
not 4, and I think Immunity should be 1 rank extra than it's shown, but
otherwise it all works out. The only alternate powers are Blast and
Telekinesis.
