Need help with Bloodline Arcana

I'm working on a Bloodline Arcana, and am having some difficulty finding a reference.

The Arcana is basically that "when casting a spell with a target of one subject, increase save DC by 1".

There's ways to do something kind of similar, like with the Stormborn bloodline, where spells of cold or electricity subschool get +1 DC.

But I can't find a sample where it's spells with 1 subject/target.
 
Targets are just a text field, where subschools for example are determined by tags, which can be referenced. While it IS possible to reference the text in a field, it's not reliable. You'd be best served by having an activation that applies a +1 to the DC of all your spells that you toggle on when targeting a single creature. This also keeps it applicable if you target only a single creature with a potentially multi-target spell, like slow.
