Need Help to recover old updates

I had purchased Hero Lab w/ 5th Edition and I had downloaded an update that allowed all access to the other books in the series. I had to factory reset my laptop and now none of those books are there in the selections. How do I get those updates back?
 
Try reactivating your license, under "License" on the toolbar. If that doesn't work, send an email to LW Support.
For updates - open the updater when you start HL and select and download the ones you had before. You can also download updates/files directly from the LW website.
