Need help from Lone wolf Customer service.

Yesterday someone broke into my house and stole my laptop. The one with Hero Lab on it. How do I install it on another computer? Do I use same key?
 
Send an email to Support@wolflair.com explaining the details to make sure it gets disabled. Once the key is disabled, you should be able to use it again. Meanwhile, you should be able to use the complimentary secondary key.

There is a small chance that you might be able to get their IP tracked if they try to log in with your key, but I can't say how likely that would be with Lone Wolf's setup. Definitely report this to the police and think over any programs you have that automatically connect somewhere and see if anyone has logged with them from another location. Ironically, the less secure your computer is, the easier it can be to track people down.
 
Man, you have my sympathies.

Someone should reply to you relatively quickly from customer service. I know Lone Wolf is busy from time to time, but they've always been spot-on helping me out when I needed it.
