Need help: Can't find Ethnicities in editor

I've finally started working on the custom files for my home-grown campaign. This is probably a stupid question, but I can't find where Ethnicities are available in the editor (i.e., what object type / tab they are under). I searched the help, forums, and everywhere else I could think of, but still nothing. Anyone know where they are?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
