Need help before my game

I am getting the infamous -500 error on my pc. I need to get my realm off the PC and onto my laptop. I can not sync the PC. Is there a way to manually transfer the files from the PC to the laptop?
 
You can go to the login screen and select "TOOLS" at the top.

Backup the database to a file, then move the file to your laptop and select restore from the same menu.

This will overwrite the laptop database.
