Need Help! Ancestries not showing up

I just purchased HeroLab online and the PF2 package. When I try to make my character, the only ancestries that I see to choose from are Human, Elf, and Dwarf and for the life of me, I cant figure out why I dont have the others from the core book to choose from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Do me a favor and submit us a bug report for this via the bug report button under settings in the top right of HLO. This shouldn't be default behavior, so something we'll want to investigate and having an official bug report is the best want to get that processed for us. Thanks!
