Need help adding Crusader as a class

I have noticed that no classes from The Book of Nine Swords are available on Hero Lab. Can anyone help me figure out how to create a Crusader? I am lost because it seems complicated/impossible to add the stances Crusaders use in the editor.

Also, does anyone know if Lone Wolf plans on making the Crusader, Swordsage, and Warblade material available later on?
 
I've actually started work on this book. I plan to include it in the next community release. Lone Wolf can't make anything from this book because they have no license to do so.
