need assistance please with language removal

I have a druid that is built using the young creature template. His background would restrict him to undercommon and not give him elven as languages. how would I remove this from the character sheet
?
 
Make him an NPC, then hit the "Customize" button, that'll remove all his languages and give an equivalent number of slots, so you can add back any that he should have and replace the others.
