Natural Attack Help

I'm want to change the text that show up when I select a natural attack for a specific creature.

I've attached a sample of what I'm talking about. Specifically, I want to change the text in the brackets that are typically the creatures name, (Example) in my sample. I know it's not changing the livename, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I need to do.
