Mythic Vital Strike Not Working As Intended

Currently in a Wrath of The Righteous campaign which as many of you may know is mythic. Creating a character using mythic vital strike and noticing that Hero Lab Online is calculating the damage incorrectly. It should be multiplying your damage modifiers by the number of extra dice rolled due to vital strike/improved/etc. From Mythic Vital Strike: "
Whenever you use Vital Strike, Improved Vital Strike, or Greater Vital Strike, multiply the Strength bonus, magic bonus, and other bonuses that would normally be multiplied on a critical hit by the number of weapon damage dice you roll for that feat." (emphasis mine)

However it is only multiplying damage modifiers by the same multiplier as the level of vital strike being used. For example: using Improved Vital Strike with a base 2d6 weapon, mythic vital strike should be applying a x4 multiplier, as you roll an additional 4d6 from improved vital strike. However currently it is only applying a x3 multiplier, presumably because that is the dice multiplier of Improved Vital Strike.

Interestingly, there is an option under Character Settings in the build menu labelled "Modify Vital Strike" which claims to modify the effectiveness of Mythic Vital Strike. This changes the wording of Mythic Vital Strike to "Whenever you use Vital Strike, Improved Vital Strike, or Greater Vital Strike, multiply the Strength bonus, magic bonus, and other bonuses that would normally be multiplied on a critical hit by 2 if you are using Vital Strike, by 3 if you are using Improved Vital Strike, or by 4 if you are using Greater Vital Strike." Currently, this option has no effect whatsoever, as the unmodified Mythic Vital Strike is already following these rules.

This is very clearly an oversight, as the presence of Modify Vital Strike implies that there was intended to be two different version available, the base version where you multiply by extra dice rolled, and the modified version where you multiply by the Vital Strike mod. But currently only the modified version is available, and the RAW version of the feat is not.

Addition to this, Devastating Strike is also not working as intended.

Devastating Strike: "
Whenever you use Vital Strike, Improved Vital Strike, or Greater Vital Strike, you gain a +2 bonus on each extra weapon damage dice roll those feats grant (+6 maximum). This bonus damage is multiplied on a critical hit." (Emphasis mine)

Currently, Devastating Strike is adding a +2 bonus for each level of Vital Strike you have, not per extra dice rolled. Attached are two images showing my damage before and after turning on mythic vital strike. Pre-vital strike is 2d6+28 (Katana is impact for anyone confused as to why its 2d6. However I know impact isn't the issue as I've also tested this with a greatsword.) Post-vital strike is 6d6+96. Working out a bit of math, we can discern that we are getting 96 by taking 28, adding 4, and then multiplying by 3. (28+4) x 3 = 96. If devastating strike was working as intended, it should be adding the max of +6 as we are rolling 4 extra dice. If both devastating strike and mythic vital strike were working correctly the math would work out to (28+6) x 4 = 136.
