Multiple Arms

How could one add more arms to a hero so that they can wield multiple off-hand weapons? Say a change from a spell or an eidolon with the 'extra arms' evolution that wants to wield weapons.
 
I've got the basic pack. I chose Kasatha as my race, went to adjustments, added Number of Hands, but nothing has changed-- it still only shows two hands. Am I doing something wrong?
