my campaign is full of high-born houses, each ruling their own lands. I had initially input them as Group:Other, but now there is a Group:Family option. is there a way to change the Groups from one to another without having to input all the information again? I've got about twenty different houses already input and i'd hate to have to manually add each one again
 
In the Content Pane Options (Tool Button in the upper Right of the Topic in question)

Topic Category ==> Change Topic to a Different Category

This will change it, and it will try its best to match the sections and their contents. However, if the two categories are significantly different, then the topic will need significant editing.
