more spells???

so I play a level 10 witch but it will not let me add more than level 3 spells to my facesheet. any ideas on how to add the appropriate spells to my sheet?? I am pretty new to this and still figuring out the lay of it all. Thanks!:)
 
Witches are spellbook casters, so you have to add a spell to the spellbook (on the class tab, it's a blue button with a white book, on the left side of the tab) before you can memorize them. Do you have any spells in your spellbook of 4th level or higher?
 
If that doesn't help, post your portfolio so we can have a look.

It's a bit of an obvious one, but just to check, you have got more than 13 Int right?
