I noticed in the Morheim AB files that some equipement is not available
(well not me but one of my friends who doesn't have a computer).  He was
lucky enough to get an Ithilnaur(me thinks)Armor.  It's not in the
Equipement list.  Am I missing something or is it not available for Skaven?.

Skaven cant get either ilthamar or Gromril armour. These are only available
to warbands that can have heavy armour as thats what they are.

Ithilmar Armour is a flavour of Heavy Armour, which the Skaven can't get
because they're Skaven. Sorry.
