Monster Summon add-on and Shaman Druid Archetypes

Hi,

Just wondering how one combines a Shaman Druid Archetype (Saurian Shaman, for example) with the Monster Summoning add-on to apply the young/giant/etc templates to adjust level of a summon nature's ally creature?

I've asked via the bug report in case it's a bug but not heard back. (case 77823)
