Moment of Clarity

The core rulebook barbarian and unchained barbarian do not share the exact same list of rage powers - there's a lot of overlap, but not every power exists on both lists. Moment of clarity is not a power that the unchained barbarian has access to.
 
If you have the Community Pack installed and "Unchained Barbarian Archetypes" turned on you can add "Expanded" archetype for the Unchained Barbarian. This opens up the ability to add any rage powers you want to the Unchained Barbarian.
